That's mayor Pete's biggest problem. Dem count on getting at least 80% of the black voters, with a big turnout of 13% of total voters.
for all the talk of white racism, Obama was elected mainly by getting 95% of the large black turnout. It meant he only needed 44% of all the other voters.
