It would have been a bipartisan slam dunk in December before the Schiff fiasco..... now even censure looks like it would fail in the Senate... but it would gain 1 or 3 GOP votes in the Senate. If the Dems would have led with censure, it would have pulled 5-10 GOP votes.
Please explain why this message is being reported.
