Story County Precinct Manager had been on hold for an hour to report his precinct. HQ finally answered but he was busy talking to Wolf B. and they hung up on him, so he has to start over in line......lol. You could hear her saying "hello, hello........hello....click".
Please explain why this message is being reported.
