There was no an iota of due process in the House proceedings. So, by the logic of Harris' tweet below, the conclusion is obvious.
Harris: "Let’s be real clear: even if Trump wanted to claim he’s been exonerated after the trial, there cannot be a true acquittal if there hasn’t been a fair trial."
