of lawyering this. He may well lose and I think that was expected from the start, but the guy did a good job.

I also thought Cippilone and Sekulow did nice jobs. The other guy whose name I can't recall (Eric?) was good on the technical stuff. Bondi was bland. Nadler was stiff. Jeffries was hit and miss. I thought he did a nice job in one Q/A session.

Dershowitz got hurt in the court of public opinion. And being as defensive as he has been is just making it worse. All he needed to do was clarify his remarks without going full conspiracy nut saying people were trying to ruin him. Looks like an angry old man.
