2 terms in house, 2 in senate, 2 for president. Judges mandatory retirement at 60.

The longer they stay, the better chance of corruption.

I'd also eliminate the stockpiling of campaign cash, and the ability to send it to others in your party, and no converting it into a retirement account either.
