If someone is guilty, is destroying their rights (or breaking the law) in the process justified?
That is why I think the Bidens innocence or guilt is of no relevance as it relates to the President asking for an investigation or using a QPQ
From my understanding, it is known that the trump asked the Ukrainian Pres to investigate the Bidens (released on his "transcripts of the call). I have no idea if that is abuse of power or not.
My other understanding is that the President may have withheld aid until he started the investigation...although all of these claims seem to be second hand...no primary sources from what I have read (WB, various impeachment witnesses), but Bolton being unknown if he is primary or secondary source. Is this impeachable..IDK, but does not look good.
Trump seems to be flipping on this on what his defense is.
