to read it on the Senate floor, do you think he has the power to top him from reading it elsewhere?

There is no legal reason not to name the WB. It is much more about protecting Schiff and his sycophants than protecting the WB. As far as I know not a single House witness has suffered any ramifications for their testimony. How Vindman still works for the White House is beyond me. I don’t think he should be working at White Castle.
