shows just how the Constitution is just being torn to shreds every day under Trump. My personal theory is that Alan D. is serving under Trump solely as an insurance plan in case some dirt with Epstein comes out and he's imprisoned. There's no way anyone of his intelligence level and legal acumen could believe the arguments he is making.

He wouldn't last five minutes in a prison environment.
