The first 3 for not knowing any of the correct legal standards in relation to impeachment, and Roberts for buying one in the Census decision.
The Constitutions requires a citizen census according to 5 Amendments, starting w/ the 14th. Philbin crushed the flawed reasoning for that decision as a bonus to crushing a number of Dems flawed thoughts on impeachment.
