i thought we were still doing innocent until proven guilty, but I think black men are exempt from that.

FYI his accuser later took too much cocaine one night and had to go to hospital, was caught in several lies, her own friends said they would testify against her because she bragged about it afterwards, showed up to the rape exam with two other men's DNA in her/on her....and on and on...
