release the name of one passenger but not the others?

I know he's newsworthy, the others probably not. But will they say it was to wait until next of kin are notified, or will they tell the truth and say they wanted to scoop the other media outlets?

Journalism rules are like laws for The Idiot, you can pick and choose which one to follow and when.
