You do realize that every single one of those players who “didn’t like his hard nosed coaching style” were recruited by him. Every single one. He begged every one of them to come to Mizzou and play for him.
And the coaching landscape is littered now with fired carcasses of scores of coaches, across a wide variety of sports, who didn’t understand where the line was in terms of how they treated players.
I could go on and on but I’ll end with simply referring to to the best authority of all, your impeccable, totally blameless hero, EE himself. Who publicly acknowledged going too far and going over that line in his behavior, to the point where he hired a psychologist to observe him and advise him on how to modify his behavior regarding interactions with players.
Go argue that out with EE. Unless you just want to gaslight this forum and act as if documented facts don’t exist.
