The FISA court also said that they are continuing investigation into whether warrants 1 and 2 were properly predicated. The FBI and DOJ are no longer defending these warrant applications, so you see where this is heading.

Detaching oneself from the political aspects, what are the odds Page was a known Russian agent, according to the FBI, while the CIA counted him as an asset and considered him a loyal citizen?
