Not the first time nor the second.
"He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God." John 1
Man can choose to humble himself and entrust his eternal soul to God, but it is God, by His will, that causes the second birth. The new birth is not about the works of man. It cannot be earned.
God doesn't say love Him only, He says love Him first, and most.
"Love your neighbor as yourself" is a specific command which exposes that fake commandment, love God only, as false doctrine.
"So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?”"
"Whatever I command you, be careful to observe it; you shall not add to it nor take away from it."
"For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."
Stop adding your petty interpretations to God's word.
