Whether or not the criminal charges are murder is another issue.

Before Roe v Wade women who had or attempted abortions were not prosecuted for murder, nor even were the doctors who were performing them.

They should certainly have their medical licenses revoked.

There should be penalties for committing abortions or attempting to do so.

What would your own recommendations be for the mothers who have given birth & left their children in toilets to die? Or who put them in plastic bags & tossed them in dumpsters to die?

What about the mother who drowned her kids in the bathtub?

Or the one who strapped them in the car, affixed a rock on the gas pedal & drove it into a lake to drown her children?

Murderess? Nevermind, she was just a stressed out mother whose boyfriend said they were breaking up unless she got rid of the kids?
