Unless a court has ordered the President to release those materials then he is nortobstructing anything. Executive privilege is real, every president uses it and until a court orders differently the President has the right to envoke it.

The House screwed the pooch here by not letting the courts answer the question of executive privilege. Now you guys want the Senate to do the job that the House refused to do. This will not end well for the Dems.
