Exactly. I no longer claim to be a conservative. I don't even know what it means. I know conservatives, as represented by the GOP, have never conserved anything. I'm frequently called one on this board though.
I really don't care. I'm an American. I'm pro-western civilization and its foundational pillars.
I'd be pro-free market if it existed anywhere. In the absence of free trade, which exists no where except for theories, I'm for fair trade and using tariffs and other means as leverage to make deals that benefit American businesses AND workers, not global national corporations that would prefer slave labor in Asia and elsewhere.
