Sorry. That he commited crimes does not mean that the Dems opted to include those crimes in its articles of impeachment. What you allude to (below) is Dershowitz TODAY saying impeachment requires a crime whereas with Clinton in 98 he sd no crime. Neither of those relavent to fact of crime being commited here. - crimes include moneys approved by Congress and soliciting aid from foreign national in US election.
