in richmond did not work. Radio broadcasts were not available. Darn those technical glitches.
Parking facilities that would normally be open even on holidays were closed.
Delays everywhere.
It's almost like the governor was orchestrating this to be as uncomfortable for free speech and 2A advocates as possible.
