supply of silver coins, especially nickels, because most people didn't realize how much silver was in them. I was the coin teller. I wanted to stock pile the coins, and I asked my dad to help me by funding my effort. He declined.
A few years later the Hunts tried to corner the market, and a $2 roll of silver nickels shot up to $20 a roll. 900% profit. My dad said he should have listen to me. We still made some money on nickels, but not near what we could have if I had been able to get all the silver available through my position at work.
Should I have brought up the lost opportunity every time we didn't have money to get what we wanted or needed?
Here's something to consider, seeing Kim Anderson is long gone. We can't change the past. It doesn't help our future to whine about his failures. Tell your hurt emotions KA is long gone and move on already. Or just continue on with your bitterness over him, and/or your self loathing.
