2 years ago a guy robbed a Plaza sandwich shop. He had just been paroled for.....armed robbery.
Why allow him to possess a firearm?
Charge him with the new armed robbery, charge him with the firearms violation, lock him up, throw away key.
I guarantee his paroled criminal act wasn't his first violation. He's not only a slow learner, he's a poor criminal because he keeps doing the same thing and getting caught.
The funny thing is in the Plaza robbery you could clearly see the gun was out of battery and would have never fired. Prime opportunity to take it from him and beat him to death with it.
