Get a ticket for no insurance and don't show up for the court date. Warrant issued. DL suspended. Get stopped for another violation. So now you have a ticket for the new violation, the original violation, AND one for driving while suspended because you refused to show up for the original court date. And, oh yeah, the warrant requires arrest with a cash bond because they can't just let you off on a signature bond BECAUSE YOU'VE ALREADY SHOWN YOU ARE IRRESPONSIBLE AND WON'T SHOW UP FOR COURT.

But the system is racist.

Because, you know.

It's racist.
