and my neighbor pizzed all of his money away on fancy cars and blow, how much of my net worth needs to be distributed to him and his wife since they have debt and zero savings.

Note he has made six figures for some time now and likely more than me for most of his career.

I have a renter than makes basically minimum wage and manages to pay his bills for his family.

Who should get more redistribution of the two above and why
