Cora was the instigator of the system and will have tarnished two different teams' championship seasons. With managers being more dime-a-dozen than they've ever been, he could easily find himself as untouchable. Hinch fully cooperated with the league and his punishment is mainly from not putting his foot down. His reputation might survive.
Luhnow was known for running an extremely toxic work environment with a high turnover of talented front office execs. He got a pass because they won but i give it 50/50 if he's allowed to run a team again.
