One question - with threat of coninued interference in our election, why has the president and Senate done nothing to counter it. US intel assured our leaders that Russain interfered in 2016 and due to inaction by the WH paid no price for that interference, none.

Why is that ? Why when Stephanopolous questioned Trump on future interference did Trump say he would be interested in that and followed that up by asking China to get involved.
