The Net Rankings are used as the committee's benchmark for the Quadrant System:
Quadrant 1: Home 1-30; Neutral 1-50; Away 1-75.
Quadrant 2: Home 31-75; Neutral 51-100; Away 76-135.
Illinois is 32nd
Florida is 53rd
Temple is 80th
Temple has really fallen off as of late. They just got blown off their own court by Tulane. They are close to the Q1 benchmark, but they are going to have to turn it around.
