My number one problem with the premise is around road safety. There is no question that roads are safer today than they were years ago despite being monopolized by the State. Some states and localities do it better....but the first part of the book focuses on safety as the basic premise as to why privatization would be better in regards to think that government does not think safety, which I find untrue.
I find privatization of roads to be quite interesting...still unsure of the full practicality and how it would work...definitely more open minded than I would have been say...5 years ago.
