It reminds me of the sexual harassment training delved out to the federal civil service in the wake of the Clinton/Lewinski scandal. The big guy got caught with his pants down and his member in the mouth of an intern, so the rest of us had to endure training on how to treat the ladies in a gentlemanly manner. As if getting our minds right somehow impacted his penchant for treating the women around his shabbily.
