Many posters tie their discussion of Mizzou’s past and present to Cunningham including Pingeton’s ability to link future success to the Cunningham era.
Cunningham was a good , even great player, who was fun to watch . She was the ultimate team player , maybe even to her detriment at times.
That said , I don’t see how her time at MU bears any significance to the program going forward. Good programs have “. great players “ and then move on.
