In addition to previously naming Wes Clark and Russell Woods specifically, I'm not sure I understand why men's basketball escaped the self imposed penalization.

I completed an entire online Intermediate Algebra course for Wes Clark in the Fall 2015. He would leave the uni the following semester. His coordinator, Krista Gray, couldn't possibly have thought that he was completing all of those assignments and exams in one night.

His name is Russell Woods. I also "tutored" him for an online Intermediate Algebra course taught at CMU in the summer of 2016.
