I'll assume he didn't know it was, since I've always assumed he didn't know a lot.
Said the US is energy sufficient. To the extent he meant oil supplies, really wrong. We produce around 11 million bbls/day. We use around 20 million bbls/day. That I've known this for years and he doesn't seems telling. Oh well.
