structured the way it is (we can't really fire him before his 4th year) because this is a major rebuild that will take some time. It's also a reaction to our past couple of coaches who were here for a very short time, for different reasons of course.

I'm not presuming that CM will end up being a great coach, but he's going to be given time to prove it one way or the other. I predict that if he does get fired, it won't be until at least the end of the 2021-22 season.
