I watched Joe on the stump and he repeated the same line about 4x and forgot where he was (I get that, you're tired, on the road, etc. - happens to bands at concerts from time to time). He's clearly losing some steam and that's not real surprising at his age.
IA and NH are historically important for separating the wheat from the chafe because they decide where the politicos channel their money. Bloomberg might be able to sidestep that, I suppose, if he's willing to burn enough personal wealth.
