Taking tax payer money legislatively committed by an elected body and using it and US foreign policy as tool to re-elect, you are good with that now. \

Trump committed an act. If the body politic fails to respond, then that action sets the precedent the US Treasury is no part and parcel and arm to re-elect whoever it might be.
