He's the military commander and No. 2 man overall in the regime. He didn't believe his movements could be monitored in Iraq and certainly didn't expect to find his path intercepted by a missile strike. What does that tell us about the leadership of Iran? I suspect the U.S. has a contingency plan for decapitating the regime and I would assume they know it now too.
