In this case you've already posted an article multiple times on here from your hero, Murray Rothbard, coiner of the term anarcho-capitalism, in which he states:

So the answer would, yes, a 5 year old has "his full rights of self-ownership" if he decides that he doesn't need his parents anymore and wants to go live with the pedophile who has been giving him candy and drugs.
