Out of 32 teams and head coaches in the league, I'd estimate maybe 10 at most have the knowledge and stability to nurture and develop a good QB.

And most of those 10 good franchises/coaches already have their QB, and aren't drafting young QBs.

Young QBs are mostly screwed coming into the league, drafted by bad teams, with bad coaches.
