If the Ukrainian questioned that Biden lacked the authority to deliver on behalf of the US and IMF, he could call Obama for confirmation.

The IMF did not and would not give one rat's asss about Hunter Biden or give Joe the authority outside of the purviews set by them.

This is the problem with your entire argument about Hunter Beiden as well. When asked what Hunter did, you say That company paid him, paid him too much. Asked what Hunter Biden did, you say That company paid him, asked what Joe Biden did, you say THAT company paid his son. It falls on its face. The company paid him. But what did he do. The company paid him. What did his dad do. The company paid him. On its face.
