I think he thinks he skates on the obstruction charges Mueller ID'd. This will be up to the next AG. You also have him as Individual One in the Cohen election felony violation case and a slew of Real Estate fraud cases that the State of New York may be interested in. While protected by the bubble of the WH, he is untouchable, once out of office that is no longer the case.

As he cannot be indicted as POTUS, expecially with Barr as his personal AG, these issues will wait
