the people who argue for them also claim that there is no God. If they were to claim that they were God given then I would accept that there was a basis for their belief. But if there is no God their argument falls apart. They claim they are a part of our nature but only a tiny percentage of people who have ever lived have done so under a system that honors those rights. If they are truly part of our makeup wouldn’t they always be present?
If you do not believe in a creator then you must logically prove their existence. Something none of them have been able to do.
