You are really making some stupid assumptions.

Hard to imagine anyone as stupid as you, but here you are.

The Trail of Tears was based on Jackson's policies, even after he left office. If a black county legislator is ONLY concerned about Jackson's legacy as a slave owner and fails to grasp his influence on Native American forced relocation policies because that legislator is woefully ignorant of that topic to the point of questioning why they should allow Native Americans to weigh in on the issue, then that legislator is as stupid as you.

Terribly ethnocentric of him to think that ONLY the black viewpoint is of importance.
