An actress made demands of the company to be inclusive.

She demanded certain kinds of characters.

AND THEY HAD THE TEMERITY TO DENY HER.

Her demands were noble. Her ideals were high minded. Her morality is unquestioned.

She is a paragon of virtue and decency.

And yet the company did not give her what she demanded.

The nerve.
