we got the young man admitted to NWACC, we (my daughter, wife, and I) have accepted responsibility for him, provide a place to stay, make sure his education is paid for, understand he can't hold a job while here on a education visa. Daughter flew to Haiti for his interview to answer any questions.

I less than 5 min, the US Embassy denied his request.

He wants to be an electrician so he can sell and install solar panels in Haiti to improve the lives of his fellow Haitians. 5 MINUTES - not no, but **** YOU - NO
