Where they ride the rookies and try to "haze" them out of the program.
It's an old school thinking that those that survive it are better off and stronger for it... and if it breaks them they were too weak.
We're finding today that through neuroscience and implemented practice, that all humans respond better to encouragement and positive reinforcement. They reject
and walk away from needless negativity. Who needs it when you can just seek positive environments?
The whole "Odom was too buddy buddy" with the players never moved me one way or the other. I didn't know if it was true or not.. and even if it was, I wouldn't know if that was a bad thing or good thing anyways.
Dabo seems like a players' coach.
