Drinkwitz is inheriting a rebuild. Even with some talent on the roster, it's going to be a massive rebuild on his part. It's more than just the players on the field. The whole system from strength and condition, nutrition, new playbooks etc. will have to be redeveloped under a new group of coaches. He's got a lot of work ahead of him.
