SEC media days. And by the end of his first season he was taking duties from Cross.

Rhodes made mistakes in telling Odom the thing you did that got you the job you can’t do.

Odom also made a mistake in not hiring the right DC or DL coach the first time around.

He also hired Dooley which hit him fired.
