but liberal Dems don't realize that today's A apartment becomes a B apartment after 15 or 20 years. Given newer construction is generally of higher quality, each class of property improves over time.

In other words, in 10 years, A properties will be better than A properties today and B properties will be better than B properties today, etc. Furthermore, it’s RE investors who buy those older properties, fix them up, and make livable accommodations out of them.
