and I'm not sure what you mean by "abuse of power", b/c that is an extremely vague statement. The evidence presented in terms of Ukraine didn't show an abuse of power, b/c there was a failure to prove that Trump specifically wanted to go after Biden for the 2020 election (most of the evidence pointed to Trump being p*ssed about Ukraine's role in the 2016 election).
We could get into a discussion about other potential abuses of power, such as EO's, but there has been no precedent for impeaching a President on that.
