yet I just provided a link where Horowitz stated he didn't receive information to go along with Durham's disagreement. This aligns with Durham's statement where he said his scope was not limited like Horowitz's. Therefore, Horowitz would not be privy to the information that both Durham and Barr had. You need to learn how to think.
